I acknowledge that my (our) services are provided solely on a volunteer basis, without pay or compensation of any kind, and without any liability of any nature on behalf of the Predator Ridge FireSmart Committee (PRFC). All services that I (we) perform during my (our) volunteer service are undertaken at my (our) own risk. I (we) understand that in the performance of my (our) volunteer service I (we) may be working on or crossing, private land, including that owned by Predator Ridge Limited Partnership or Predator Ridge homeowners, and park land. On behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and executors, I (we) hereby release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the PRFC, the Predator Ridge Community Safety Committee (PRCS) and its members, and all landowners, from any and all claims, causes of action, or demands of any nature related to my (our) services as a volunteer; including but not limited to accidents or injuries.
On behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives and executors, I (we) allow the Predator Ridge FireSmart Committee to use any photographs, films, videotapes, or other visual representations taken of me (us) in volunteer services for use in public relations efforts.
Volunteers under the age of 18 will require a permission letter signed by a parent or guardian.
